This estimate includes more than 2 repairs needed for a home. Example; dry wall replacement, flooring, sink installation, and door installation would require this estimate tab fee. The fee also includes travel time and mileage.

WHATS INCLUDED IN THE ESTIMATE?

  • Total cost (Clearly and correctly tally up the total costs of the project)

  • Payment Terms (we always require to receive a third to half of the total cost up front.To make it clear, we give details on when the final payment is due and any late payment penalties they may incur.
There are NO REFUNDS for ESTIMATES cancelled less than 24 hours.
